our heads are lined & come with two tongues & one pair of eyelids (additional sets of eyelids are $15 each).

terms of service

feel free to contact us on any of our platforms for a quote!

by commissioning chronicallyk9 you agree to the terms of service as described below.

process & payments

- you must be 18+ to commission.

- payments will be done via paypal.

- work will be started once full payment (not including shipping) is received. payment plans can be discussed on an individual basis.

- the commissioner will pay the estimated shipping fee after the commission is completed. this estimated fee is calculated on UPS's website. the commissioner will be sent the pdf of UPS's calculation, including the box's weight and dimensions.
we ship through UPS unless it is necessary/desired to do otherwise.

- wip photos will be sent frequently! we will ask you to approve certain stages before continuing work.

- requesting edits is encouraged, we want you to love your suit! however, once a stage of work is approved, there may be an additional fee for any desired alterations.

- we cannot guarantee that fur color will be an exact match to your character's color palette. our concept art will represent the closest color match possible in faux fur available to us.

- we do not accept AI generated images as character references.

- photos of wips & completed suits will be posted online.

- we typically create a unique foam headbase for each character. if the commissioner wants us to use a premade base from another maker, it can be discussed.

* our fursuits are made in a house with pets, but we have a pet-free room to work in.

refunds

- we do allow refunds. the amount refunded will vary depending on the amount of work that has been completed on your suit:

* materials ordered: full refund excluding cost of materials + all applicable fees
* headbase completed: 50% refund
* headbase + parts completed: 20% refund

- once the headbase has been furred we will NOT allow a refund.

- once refunded, we will recycle & reuse parts created during your commission for future sale. the design will be altered to no longer resemble your character.
